type of assessment in Estonian
Selleks et kõik meeskonnaliikmed oleksid motiveeritud, ei omistata meeskonnatöö tulemust (TWS) automaatselt igale meeskonnaliikmele, vaid see kaalutakse läbi õppuri individuaalse pühendumisega meeskonnatöösse (ACP). Iga meeskonna jooksva hindamise tulemused korrutatakse läbi konkreetse õppuri keskmise pühendumise protsendiga (ACP; 0-100%), et saada selle õppuri individuaalsed tulemused (IS = ACP x TWS).
Keskmise pühendumise protsendi (ACP) saamiseks peavad kõik meeskonnaliikmed hindama oma meeskonna iga liikme pühendumist meeskonnatöösse. Iga õppur saab oma meeskonna igalt liikmelt hinnangu (0-100%). Keskmise protsendi arvutamiseks eemaldatakse keskmise pühendumise protsendi (ACP) valemist madalaim hinnang.
Seega on keskmine pühendumise protsent ACP=(70%+100%+100%)/3=90%. Seega on keskmine pühendumise protsent ACP=(0%+5%+10%)/3=5%.
type of assessment in English
In order to have all team members motivated, team work’s result (TWS) is not automatically added to each team member but is corrected with student’s individual commitment to the team effort (ACP). Each team’s continuous assessment results are multiplied with average commitment percentage of an individual student (ACP; 0-100%) to get this student’s individual results (IS = ACP x TWS).
For the average commitment percentage (ACP) all team members have to evaluate their team member’s commitment (0-100%). Every student gets evaluation from each team member. For calculation of average percentage, the lowest evaluation is removed from the formula of the average commitment percentage.
For example, when team members evaluate student’s commitment with following percentages: 60%; 70%; 100% and 100%, then for the average commitment percentage 60% is removed and only 70%, 100% and 100% count. So, the average commitment percentage is ACP=(70%+100%+100%)/3=90%. Or for example, when team members evaluate student’s commitment with following percentages: 0%; 0%; 5% and 10%, then for the average commitment percentage 0% is removed and only 0%, 5% and 10% count. So, the average commitment percentage is ACP= (0%+5%+10%)/3=5%.
